It is the yoga technology of inner growth and self-realization. The Kriyas we teach come from the Himalayan Kundalini Yoga tradition, the same lineage as beloved Master Yogananda, author of Autobiography of a Yogi.  Kriyas incorporate breath, mantra, mudras (hand positions) and movement that will shift our state by creating pattern interrupts in our body-mind-energy level, bringing to the surface all that needs to be released out of our system and bio memory. Some Kriyas work on activating your energy, vitality and will power, transcending any stagnant energy and self-sabotaging behaviors, others help relax the nervous system to access the space where silence, lightness of being, joy and peace resides.</image:caption>
